The situation
Travador had a large amount of marketing and sales data from various sources. For management, we developed clear, structured reports and live reporting for quick decisions and up-to-date performance insights. Without a centralized data structure, there was a risk of being flooded with key figures, which caused confusion rather than clarity. The aim was to create an architecture that reconciles automation and flexibility.
Measures
- Data architecture: Creation of a consistent database with interfaces to all relevant marketing and sales channels.
- Management reporting: Development of automated reports for the management with a focus on central KPIs (e.g. turnover, DB3, campaign profitability).
- Hourly "live reports": Setting up a report that is delivered to the inbox of the operational teams every hour to provide a quick overview of sales performance.
- Ad-hoc analyses: Creation of the possibility to flexibly create in-depth analyses - without breaking the data structure.
