The original idea of the project was to establish an amateur eSports league. The rapid user growth and technical excellence of the platform quickly attracted the interest of investors. However, the underlying business model was not considered very promising at the time. Instead, the marketing and IT skills of the founding team were convincing. As a result, a group of business angels decided to invest in a new company - BeastBI GmbH - in order to gain access to this expertise and have individual digital solutions developed for their own projects. We subsequently worked as a hybrid service provider at the interface between agency and SaaS development. Our focus was on using machine learning to develop complex eCommerce and marketing applications as well as advising clients on performance marketing, data analysis and automation. In particular, we specialized in systems for automated data analysis in eCommerce. After a few years, we turned our focus to developing our own SaaS solution, Beast Analytics, which was used to optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. After a successful start, but a challenging search for investors, we decided to discontinue the tool and focus entirely on the project and agency business.
