From Marketing Audit to Website Migration

For Talent Factory, a provider of call center solutions, we initially conducted a marketing audit focused on SEA and social media. Currently we work closely with the client to transition their existing website structure to the scalable HubSpot platform.

Objective

The initial goal was to analyze existing online marketing efforts and identify opportunities for improvement.
As a first step, we ran multiple Google Ads tests and reworked the social media marketing strategy.
The purpose of these measures was to gain a clearer understanding of the scalability of the client's digital marketing channels.

In the second phase, we reviewed the website structure and recommended the redesign of several landing pages to better reflect industry-specific audiences and customer journeys.
Through this collaboration, it became evident that while these changes would serve as a good quick fix, a full migration to HubSpot would offer a more strategic and scalable long-term solution.

Talent Factory is one of the leading providers of call center solutions and remote work services. The company specializes in offering professional outsourced call center support — particularly for travel providers and tour operators. Additionally, outbound sales services are also part of Talent Factory’s core offering.

Initial Marketing Situation

Talent Factory initially focused primarily on outbound activities, which they managed directly through their in-house call centers.
Our task was to assess — through a structured audit and testing phase — whether additional online marketing tactics and campaigns could successfully attract new clients.

We quickly launched new Google Ads campaigns and reworked the overall social media presence. This served both as a digital business card for potential B2B partners and as a recruitment tool for new employees.

One key insight from the Google Ads campaigns was that audience-specific landing pages would be highly beneficial — allowing for more tailored messaging for different customer segments.

Planning Web & CRM Migration

During the process of revamping the social media presence, it quickly became clear that lead follow-up was a major bottleneck. Combined with the need to create new landing pages, this led us to conduct a deeper evaluation of SEO efforts and potential.

From there, it became apparent that we needed to transition to a platform that is not only scalable, but also SEO-friendly and well-suited for email marketing and lead management.
We are currently in the process of planning the migration to HubSpot to meet these strategic needs.
